Management Trainee or Process Developer - Trust Safety If you thrive in a fast-moving tech-driven environment love solving real-world problems and want to be part of a team that s shaping the future this is your moment Responsibilities Conduct regular Level 2 audits of ad creatives ensuring adherence to platform policies and advertising standards Arbitrate escalated decisions to ensure consistent high-quality outputs used for model training and human reviewer calibration Perform Root Cause Analysis RCA on quality misses identifying systemic gaps in policy understanding tools or process design Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions CAPA based on Root Cause Analysis RCA insights collaborating with vendor partners and internal teams Define maintain and continuously improve quality frameworks scoring rubrics and audit methodologies to align with evolving workflows Provide real-time and post-review feedback to agents and team leads supporting ongoing development through coaching and documentation Partner with training and policy teams to develop and refine agent enablement plans based on quality trends Track and report quality Key Performance Indicators across vendors workflows and regions deliver insights to stakeholders for decision-making Share best practices to drive continuous improvement cost optimization and error reduction Proactively monitor for policy edge cases and gray areas flagging risks and proposing alignment opportunities with policy stakeholders Participate in tool testing and provide feedback on functionality impacting audit workflows Maintain a positive and professional cross-functional collaboration environment both internally and with external partners Daily review of online content that may be highly egregious sensitive in nature such as but not limited to graphic violence self-harm child abuse and hate speech Qualifications we seek in you Excellent written and verbal communication Excellent experience in Ads moderation digital advertising preferably with time in a QA or audit capacity Solid understanding of quality metrics e g Accuracy Precision RCA rates Dispute Outcomes Previous hands-on experience in Quality Management auditing or quality program ownership Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends from data and influence stakeholders Comfortable reviewing sensitive content with high attention to detail and policy comprehension Familiarity with QA tools and platforms e g Quality Review dashboards BI tools etc Preferred Qualifications Skills Experience working as an Agent in Ads and or content moderation Quality Assurance specialist within moderation Ads and or content moderation Any graduate What can we offer Attractive salary Stable job offers -
