Job Title EDVT Engineer - Automation SpecialistJob Summary We are seeking a skilled EDVT Engineer with strong automation experience to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing testing and validating automation solutions to streamline network operations managing the data obtained by the test results and improve efficiency This role requires hands-on experience with network automation tools scripting data structuring Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for network testing log review and validation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and use cases Implement and execute test cases for automation workflows including unit and integration testing Support lab setup and configuration for automation testing environments PSU Thermal Chamber TGEN s Validate network device configurations and automate compliance checks Document automation processes test cases and results Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and network configurations Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks and tools Required Skills and Experience 2 to 3 years of experience in Agile software development and network automation Hands-on experience with network automation platforms such as Cisco NSO or similar Proficiency in scripting languages e g Python XML templates TCL Knowledge of network protocols and device configurations Experience with DevOps tools and CI CD pipelines Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace Preferred Qualifications BE Electronics or Computer science with Experience with network test automation and validation tools Familiarity with Cisco automation services and solutions Understanding of network and data science infrastructure concepts - Grade Specific Focus on Electrical Electronics and Semiconductor Develops competency in own area of expertise Shares expertise and provides guidance and support to others Interprets clients needs Completes own role independently or with minimum supervision Identifies problems and relevant issues in straight forward situations and generates solutions Contributes in teamwork and interacts with customers
