Job Title Production Head - Kuttipuram Manufacturing Unit Location Kuttipuram Kerala Reports to Operations Manager Key Responsibilities Production Oversight Manage daily production operations and maintain accurate production logs Ensure production targets are achieved on time without labour shortages Procurement Coordination Handle procurement of raw materials and packaging Work with the finance team to ensure smooth documentation and timely payments Negotiate with vendors and maintain good supplier relationships Quality Compliance Supervise QA team to ensure products meet company standards Ensure compliance with safety and quality norms Collaboration Problem Solving Coordinate with Operations Manager on packaging and dispatch Work closely with management to address delays or operational challenges Reporting Tools Maintain production reports and MIS using Excel and other basic platforms Ensure clear and timely communication across teams Skills Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills Valuable communication negotiation and vendor management ability Proficiency in English Malayalam and Hindi Knowledge of MS Excel and basic digital platforms Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree diploma in Engineering Operations or Business Management 2-3 years of experience in production manufacturing or operations Prior exposure to the food FMCG industry is an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Kuttippuram Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience FMCG 1 year Required Work Location In person
