Job Title Quality Assurance for Reprocessed Plastic Granules Location Chennai Industry Plastic Granule Manufacturing Reprocessed PPCP HDPE HIPS ABS etc Experience Required Minimum 15 years in the polymer plastic recycling compounding industry Seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to lead and oversee production operations in our reprocessed plastic granule manufacturing unit The candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistent quality efficient use of machinery and adherence to technical parameters while driving operational excellence Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end production processes - from raw material input to final granule output FG Ensure strict adherence to process parameters quality standards and safety protocols Conduct raw material testing and ensure FG quality checks are followed as per standards Optimize the usage of process machines to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations Lead and train production teams to maintain high productivity and consistent quality Participate in industry events client meetings and exhibitions as the technical point of contact for the company Support management in strategic decision-making and process improvement initiatives Create and Maintain SOP Process records Candidate Profile Minimum 10 years experience in the polymer reprocessed plastic granule manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of compounding processes PPCP HDPE HIPS ABS etc Hands-on experience in raw material inspection testing and FG quality validation In-depth understanding of extruders mixers and other process machinery Proven ability to manage production teams and ensure timely output Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills Willingness to travel participate in technical events Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
