Job description Must have Ecommerce Experience Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations Key Responsibilities Accounts Management Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments Reconcile bank statements and company accounts to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records Financial Reporting Prepare and maintain financial reports statements and summaries for review by management Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and budgets Transaction Processing Process expense reports reimbursements and other financial transactions in accordance with company policies Monitor and track financial transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly Compliance and Documentation Ensure compliance with accounting standards legal regulations and company policies Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation and records Audit and Control Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets Communication Liaise with vendors clients and internal departments to address financial inquiries and resolve issues Provide support and information to senior management as needed Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Relevant certifications e g CPA are a plus Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferably in a similar industry Skills Proficiency in accounting software Busy Tally and Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attributes Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of integrity and professionalism Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges Job Type Full time Schedule Fixed shift Morning shift Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
