Job Title Manager - Cement Bricks Manufacturing Unit Location Village Deh Kalan Kharar Mohali Employment Type Full time Job Overview We are seeking a responsible and proactive Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cement bricks manufacturing unit The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of labor activities timely dispatch of goods accurate billing and effective customer handling Key Responsibilities Operations Management Supervise daily manufacturing activities and ensure production targets are met Oversee and manage labor workforce including work allocation attendance and discipline Monitor quality standards of manufactured bricks Dispatch Logistics Ensure early morning loading and dispatch of bricks to customers Coordinate with transporters and drivers for smooth deliveries Maintain proper records of dispatched goods Billing Records Generate and maintain bills invoices using computer software Ensure accuracy of billing stock and payment records Keep updated daily weekly monthly reports for management Customer Management Handle customer inquiries orders and complaints professionally Build and maintain good relationships with clients Ensure timely communication regarding deliveries and payments General Administration Manage stock of raw materials and finished goods Report daily operations to the owner management Ensure a safe efficient and disciplined work environment Qualifications Skills Graduate preferred in Management Commerce Engineering or equivalent experience Prior experience in manufacturing construction material or similar industries is an advantage Strong organizational and leadership skills Basic computer knowledge MS Office Billing ERP software Good communication and customer service skills Ability to manage labor and resolve issues effectively Working Hours Early morning shift for dispatch supervision flexibility required Full time 7 days working Salary Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives Accommodation and food included Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 24 000 00 per year Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
