Project Role Software Development Lead Project Role Description Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle Apply knowledge of technologies applications methodologies processes and tools to support a client project or entity Must have skills Oracle Cloud Applications Technical Good to have skills NA Minimum 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary As a Team Lead in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical you will lead a team of consultants working on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support projects Your primary focus will be on developing customizing and delivering BIP XML Publisher Reports as well as supporting various technical components across the Oracle HCM Cloud landscape You will be expected to work closely with functional teams business stakeholders and offshore onshore resources to ensure timely and quality delivery Roles Responsibilities o Lead the design development testing and deployment of BI Publisher BIP XML Publisher reports in Oracle HCM Cloud modules Core HR Payroll Talent Absence etc o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BIP reports data models and integrations o Work on OTBI HCM Extracts Fast Formulas and FBL HDL as needed to support broader HCM Cloud requirements o Conduct code reviews provide technical mentorship to junior team members and enforce coding standards and documentation practices o Collaborate across technical and functional teams ensuring seamless integration between modules and systems o Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with expertise in BI Publisher BIP XML Publisher Reports Qualified Technical Experience o Experience in Data Model creation RTF templates bursting and performance tuning of reports o Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud tables schemas and data extraction techniques o Understanding of HCM Extracts OTBI and HDL FBL o Ability to analyze functional requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions o Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills o Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud OIC or Oracle VBCS o Understanding of HCM Security and role-based access to reports o Basic knowledge of Fast Formulas o Experience working in Agile Scrum environments o Prior client-facing experience and ability to manage stakeholder expectations o 6-10 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM Cloud o Minimum 3 years of experience in BIP XML Publisher report development o At least 1-2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or upgrade projects Applications Technical - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education
