Telecaller - Customer Engagement Cold Calling We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team The role involves cold calling following up with potential customers and tracking end-users who have already used our product You will also be responsible for collecting feedback preparing proper reports and maintaining a cold calling appointment booking report Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calls to potential customers Track and engage with end-users who have used our product Collect feedback and maintain detailed reports Prepare a daily cold calling report including appointment bookings and customer interactions Support the sales team by ensuring smooth onboarding of customers Requirements Prior experience in cold calling telecalling is preferred Strong communication and convincing skills Ability to handle customer queries and maintain records accurately Proactive and target-oriented mindset Salary Incentives Fixed Salary 10 000 per month Performance Bonus 200 per customer for the first 5 onboarded customers 300 per customer for the next 10 customers 6-15 400 per customer for 16 and above Employment Type Full time Office-based 6 working days per week Note This role is best suited for candidates who are confident in communication enjoy engaging with customers and are comfortable working with performance-based incentives Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
