Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated DCDP Demi Chef de Partie specializing in Chinese and Continental cuisine to join our agile kitchen team You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes supporting the Chef de Partie and maintaining smooth operations in your section Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes from both Chinese and Continental menus as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines Ensure consistency in taste quality and presentation across all dishes Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen equipment Assist in daily mise en place and food preparation for service Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and rotation Follow all food safety and sanitation policies Collaborate with the CDP and Sous Chef on menu planning specials and quality control Report equipment issues or shortages to the kitchen supervisor promptly Requirements Proven experience in Chinese and Continental cooking techniques Strong knowledge of ingredients sauces and cooking methods in both cuisines Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment Leadership and training capabilities for junior staff Good communication and time management skills Food safety certification preferred Perks Benefits Competitive salary incentives Staff meals and uniforms provided Career growth and internal promotions Learning opportunities in a multi-cuisine kitchen Friendly and professional team environment Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
