Position Semi Qualified CS CS Inter Location Andheri Mumbai Experience Required 1 year Salary 25k About the Role We are hiring a Trainee - Company Secretary who is currently pursuing their CS Company Secretary qualification and has not yet completed it At least have 1year of relevant experience in a compliance or secretarial support role and a strong foundation in corporate laws Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory filings ROC MCA etc Support in drafting board resolutions maintaining statutory registers and minute writing Help with compliance tracking across various group entities Coordinate with internal departments and consultants on secretarial and legal matters Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews Stay updated with changes in company law and related regulations Skills Knowledge Required Strong understanding of corporate compliance ROC processes and basic company law Familiarity with MCA portal statutory formats and secretarial documentation Good organizational and documentation skills Comfortable using MS Office tools Word Excel Outlook Ability to handle confidential data with discretion Eligibility Criteria CS Inter currently pursuing or drop out from CS 1 year of relevant experience in a company secretarial or compliance-related role Eager to learn and grow in a structured corporate environment Job Type Full time Pay 23 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
