Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flex Printing Machine Operator to join our team at AJS Adfluence Private Limited The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials according to client specifications Key Responsibilities Set up and operate various flex printing machines e g solvent eco-solvent UV printers Understand and follow printing instructions as per the work order or job sheet Load and align media vinyl flex fabric etc on the machine accurately Monitor print quality and color consistency throughout the print run Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure smooth operation Troubleshoot issues like color mismatch banding nozzle clogs and alignment errors Coordinate with the design and finishing teams for job handover Maintain inventory of printing materials and report low stock to the supervisor Ensure proper labeling packaging and storage of finished products Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working setting Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience operating flex printing machines minimum 1-2 years preferred Basic knowledge of RIP software e g ONYX FlexiPRINT is an advantage Understanding of color calibration and media profiles Ability to detect and correct print errors on the fly Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and in a team Physically fit and able to lift heavy media rolls if required Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if necessary Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Technical training in printing technology is a plus Experience with large-format printers e g Roland HP Latex Mimaki Epson etc Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
