Experience 12 years of software engineering experience with 5 years in engineering management preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments Technical Depth Strong hands-on experience with modern tech stack including Java Python cloud platforms preferably Azure microservices architecture and data engineering pipelines AI ML Platform Experience Experience managing teams building AI-enabled products or data platforms Understanding of ML model integration agent frameworks and large-scale data processing Enterprise Software Expertise Knowledge of building compliant secure multi-tenant systems that serve enterprise customers at scale People Leadership Proven track record of building mentoring and scaling engineering teams Experience with performance management career
