We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Purchase Manager to oversee our company s procurement activities The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products and services at competitive prices managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support our operations Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality service and reliability Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and vendors Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and production departments to ensure timely replenishment Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and vendor performance Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements Analyze market trends to identify potential supply risks and opportunities Collaborate with finance and other departments to forecast procurement needs and manage budgets Requirements Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar role Strong negotiation communication and decision-making skills Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes Attention to detail and a strong sense of ethics and professionalism Job Types Full time Permanent Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund
