We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer who can take ownership of full-scale interior projects from client consultation and space planning to design finalization team coordination and execution oversight The ideal candidate must have strong aesthetic vision technical expertise and client-facing experience along with leadership qualities to manage junior designers and vendors Key Responsibilities 1 Design Management Lead the design of residential and commercial spaces including kitchens wardrobes living rooms offices and retail spaces Create conceptual layouts mood boards detailed drawings and 3D visualizations Ensure designs align with brand standards and client expectations in terms of aesthetics functionality and cost 2 Client Interaction Understand client needs lifestyle preferences and project objectives Present design proposals material boards and budget-friendly solutions Provide expert recommendations on layouts themes lighting furniture color palettes and finishes 3 Technical Expertise Prepare detailed working drawings electrical and plumbing layouts ceiling and flooring designs Ensure design feasibility based on site dimensions material availability and construction constraints Validate BOQs material lists and vendor quotations Skills Competencies Required Strong command over AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max V-Ray Photoshop or other relevant software Excellent visualization planning and problem-solving skills Proficiency in preparing complete project documentation including drawings and presentations Solid communication negotiation and leadership skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple client projects simultaneously Qualifications Bachelor s or Diploma in Interior Design Architecture from a reputed institute Minimum 4-6 years of experience in managing full interior projects Hands-on experience in both residential and commercial interiors Proven portfolio of completed turnkey interior projects How to Apply Interested candidates may send their updated CV and portfolio to Poojasingh978379 gmail com or rajasthan radonindia com Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Schedule Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Experience total work 2 years Required Work Location In person
