Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our global business operations This individual will manage professional B2B email campaigns ensure pricing accuracy and provide analytical support to drive sales efficiency The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills an analytical mindset and hands-on experience with Excel Key Responsibilities Email Campaign Management Plan and execute B2B email marketing campaigns to connect with clients and generate leads Maintain lead databases and follow up on campaign performance Pricing File Management Create update and validate pricing files using Microsoft Excel Ensure consistency and accuracy across all product data Customer Communication Respond to customer inquiries via email and calls regarding orders pricing and product availability Ensure timely and professional communication with domestic and international clients Data Analysis Reporting Analyze sales data trends and margins using Excel tools such as PivotTables and VLOOKUP Prepare insightful reports for management and operations Administrative Support Assist the sales and operations teams with documentation quotations and CRM updates o Maintain records of interactions offers and pricing history Qualifications 1-2 years in a customer service call center back-office or B2B support role Experience in export logistics is a plus Excellent written and spoken English Must be able to draft clear professional emails Strong hands-on skills in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP PivotTables conditional formatting and data validation Ability to interpret numbers and data for smarter decision-making Bachelor s degree preferred BBA B Com or equivalent though not mandatory with strong relevant experience Job Type Full-time Pay 15 465 63 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Compensation Package Performance bonus Schedule Morning shift Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden) Application Deadline 10 08 2025
