Identify and onboard high-quality vaccinating healthcare practices across Chennai and surrounding areas - Build and maintain trusted relationships with dermatologists consulting physicians pulmonologists rheumatologists infectious disease specialists transplant surgeons and other relevant clinicians - Support clinics with end-to-end vaccination processes including therapy education order management in-clinic workflows and patient outreach programs - Use data and customer insights to maintain accurate customer profiles forecast demand and achieve commercial objectives - Engage with diagnostic centres pharmacies and hospital chains to set up or scale vaccination clinics and walk-in services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement local programs training and promotional materials that support safe and effective vaccine delivery Why You Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals - Proven network and experience engaging high-end private clinics and specialists in the Chennai market - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain clinical and commercial information clearly - Demonstrated commercial acumen and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Comfortable working in the field with regular travel across the territory - Right to work in India and ability to work in office in Chennai this role is on-site with field travel Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus - Degree in life sciences pharmacy medicine business or a related discipline - Experience in launching new therapies or new-to-market healthcare solutions - Familiarity with setting up vaccination services or clinic operational workflows -
