Key Responsibilities 1- Oversee end-to-end factory operations including production quality control maintenance logistics and safety 2- Plan organize and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production targetsand delivery timelines 3- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliances including labour laws environmental standards and health safety protocols 4- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes manpower efficiency materialutilization and cost control 5- Maintain production efficiency while ensuring quality standards are strictly adhered to 6-Lead factory audits internal external prepare documentation and ensure correctiveactions are implemented 7- Implement lean manufacturing and 5S practices across the factory floor 8- Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely availability of raw materials anddispatch of finished goods 9- Lead and develop a team of engineers supervisors and shop floor employees byproviding guidance and performance management 10- Monitor machine health and preventive maintenance schedules to avoid breakdowns andensure optimum equipment utilization 11- Establish KPIs and operational dashboards for factory performance tracking andreporting to senior management Required Skills Qualifications 1- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Electrical Production Engineering or equivalent Masters degree preferred 2- Minimum 11-15 years of relevant experience in managing manufacturing factoryoperations preferably in electronics consumer durables or related industries 3- Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems automation compliance ESI PF FactoryAct etc and labour regulations 4- Proven experience in managing large teams and working in high-output productionenvironments 5- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools 6- Strong leadership communication problem-solving and decision-making abilities 7- Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing quality systems ISO and continuousimprovement methodologies 8- High ownership mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 9- Ability to handle multi-disciplinary operations and cross-functional coordination 10- Strong analytical mindset and process-oriented approach 11- Experience in greenfield projects or factory expansions is a plus Job Types Full time Permanent Pay From 1 000 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
