Location Remote India-based preferred Engagement Type Part-time 12-15 hours week Compensation based on experience and time commitment Duration 3-month contract with potential for extension or conversion Role Overview We are looking for a collaborative and strategic Business Development Associate to support and strengthen our positioning in the CSR and DEI Diversity Equity Inclusion space This is not just a delivery role you ll be a thinking partner bringing insight agility and co-ownership to shape our growth strategy Key Responsibilities Co-develop business development BD and lead-generation plans aligned with organizational goals Independently generate and convert leads through targeted outreach and relationship building Design outreach materials such as emails LinkedIn messages pitch decks and service brochures Identify analyze and refine service offerings based on market insights and partner feedback Support in structuring CRM processes and sales funnels for effective tracking and conversion Join client calls as needed to support proposal discussions and lead conversions Guide the internal team on client communication strategies and value positioning Collaboration Style Work closely with the Program Lead and Impact Growth Unit Shared ownership of deliverables and outcomes we ideate and build together Your inputs will actively shape our systems outreach strategy and client interactions Flexible and respectful work environment with open communication You Are Someone Who Has 3 years of experience in business development sales strategy or partnerships Preferably experienced in CSR DEI accessibility disability inclusion or social impact sectors Understands B2B and CSR-driven sales processes Enjoys working in small mission-driven agile teams Brings a collaborative co-creative mindset over traditional consulting approaches Bonus Preferred Skills Experience in CSR project implementation or stakeholder management Working knowledge of DEI frameworks and accessibility best practices Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards Job Type Part time Expected hours 15 per week Schedule Day shift Language English Preferred Work Location Remote
