Senior Manager - ACES Strategic Initiatives 1 Role Overview The Senior Manager ACE Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for driving strategic excellence digital platform optimization analytical governance and transformation initiatives across the ACES framework The role requires strong cross-functional engagement analytical rigor and structured program management to ensure seamless execution of enterprise-wide improvement programs 2 Key Responsibilities A Strategic Initiatives Sales Initiative Grid - Identify evaluate and implement best practices from industry peers and internal AMLI channels Drive implementation of minimum 3 high-impact strategic initiatives annually - Publish and maintain the Quarterly Benchmark Sales Incentive Grid IMOB ensuring alignment with strategic priorities - Partner with Sales stakeholders for initiative rollout monitoring and performance tracking B ACE Program Management Governance - Anchor and drive SE Head SEM governance cadence as per the approved calendar - Facilitate leadership review meetings performance discussions and escalations - Ensure 100 adherence to governance schedules across stakeholders - Maintain documentation meeting trackers and follow-up dashboards C Digital Platform Management - Vymo - Own the governance and performance monitoring of the Vymo platform - Drive experience improvement by ensuring 15 reduction in complaints - Ensure 60 closure of critical change requests CRs within timelines - Partner with Product Tech and Sales to improve platform adoption and efficiencies - Drive cost efficiency initiatives to optimize Vymo-related expenses D ACE Intelligence Analytics - Deliver 100 MIS adherence as per the monthly quarterly reporting calendar - Conduct deep-dive analytics for performance measurement risk flagging business insights - Run Start Stop Continue analysis and publish actionable recommendations - Monitor actionables with SE Heads and drive completion of improvement items - Support leadership with dashboards trends and predictive analytics E ACE Transformation Initiatives - Lead gap assessment of current ACE framework and present findings to leadership - Drive refurbishment and modernization of existing frameworks 3 Skills Competencies Functional Skills - Strategic planning implementation - Advanced analytics reporting dashboarding - Governance program management - Digital platform management preferably Vymo - Process improvement transformation Behavioral Competencies - Robust stakeholder management - Business communication presentation skills - Problem-solving critical thinking - High accountability follow-through - Collaborative leadership 4 Qualifications Experience - Graduate MBA preferred Analytics Strategy and Operations - 6-10 years of experience in Strategic Initiatives Business Intelligence Sales Excellence or Transformation roles - Strong command over Excel Power BI Tableau and analytics tools
