About Gokulam Grand Trivandrum Gokulam Grand Trivandrum is a 5-star luxury hotel committed to providing exceptional guest experiences with a blend of traditional hospitality and up-to-date comfort We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our hospitality Position Summary The Guest Relations Executive GRE is responsible for providing a warm welcome and personalized service to all guests The role focuses on enhancing the guest experience throughout their stay handling special requests and ensuring overall guest satisfaction with professionalism and courtesy Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a warm and professional manner Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences in coordination with the Front Office team Handle guest queries complaints and requests promptly and efficiently Maintain regular contact with in-house guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and preferences Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and feedback for future reference Assist VIP guests with special attention and ensure their expectations are exceeded Support in-room check-ins amenities placements and personalized guest services Monitor guest feedback verbal and written and escalate issues when necessary Maintain the lobby area with a welcoming and presentable ambiance Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year experience as a Guest Relations Executive in a 4- or 5-star hotel Preference will be given to female applicants Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Warm friendly and professional demeanor Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Well-groomed appearance and confident personality Proficiency in English knowledge of additional languages is an advantage Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 216 000 00 - 240 000 00 per year Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Deadline 10 08 2025 Expected Start Date 10 08 2025
