Position Housekeeping Supervisor Location Patna Bihar Onsite Duration Fulltime Salary In-hand 25 000 - to Upto 30 000 - Monthly In-hand Reporting To Housekeeping Manager HOD About Us The Patliputra Group is a diverse business conglomerate with interests in real estate hospitality healthcare and automotive dealerships operating across Bihar and expanding into regions like the Delhi NCR While one entity Patliputra Industries Limited Job Summary The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned maintained and presented as per hotel standards The role includes supervising staff inspecting rooms coordinating with other departments and ensuring smooth efficient and hygienic housekeeping services Key Responsibilities 1 Supervision Team Management Assign daily duties to Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants Conduct daily briefings and share instructions for special tasks Train recent staff on cleaning standards chemical usage and safety protocols Monitor staff performance and ensure tasks are completed on time 2 Room Area Inspection Check guest rooms washrooms corridors and public areas for cleanliness and quality Ensure rooms meet hotel standards including linen quality amenities setup and overall presentation Report maintenance issues immediately to Engineering and follow up until resolved 3 Inventory Stock Control Track usage and stock levels of linen cleaning supplies guest amenities and equipment Request replenishment as needed and prevent misuse or wastage Maintain proper records for inventory and issue logs 4 Guest Interaction Handle guest requests politely and ensure prompt service e g extra towels cleaning service amenities Respond to guest complaints and ensure issues are resolved or escalated Maintain a courteous and professional attitude at all times 5 Coordination with Other Departments Work closely with Front Office for room status updates early check-ins and late check-outs Coordinate with Laundry for timely linen supply and quality checks Inform Security of any suspicious items lost found or safety concerns 6 Safety Compliance Ensure housekeeping staff follow safety guidelines including proper chemical handling Check all equipment is in safe working condition Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs hygiene protocols and statutory requirements 7 Administrative Duties Prepare daily reports such as occupancy status room inspection sheets and staff attendance Maintain Lost Found records as per hotel policy Support the Housekeeping Manager during audits training and performance evaluations 8 Required Skills Competencies Robust leadership and team supervision skills Good communication skills Hindi English Eye for detail and high cleanliness standards Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical usage Ability to handle multitasking and guest interactions Basic computer knowledge for reports room status updates 9 Qualifications Experience Minimum 12th Pass Diploma in Hospitality preferred 1-4 years of housekeeping experience in hotels Previous supervisory experience is an added advantage 10 Work Workplace Rotational shifts Requires standing walking and physical cleaning supervision 11 How to Apply If you are interested in this position please send your updated CV to hr patliputrahotels com or You may also apply directly via WhatsApp At (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided
