Job Description We are looking for an HR manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes including job design recruitment employee relations payroll performance management training and development Experience Qualifications Qualification MBA BBA Bachelor s Degree 2 years experience in human resources preferably with experience in textiles garment industry Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Outlook Must have effective verbal and listening communication skills Must have the flexibility to work any shift as needed Duties and Responsibilities Screening resumes performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Performing reference and background checks Maintaining a smooth onboarding process Developing explicit policies and ensuring policy awareness Handling workplace investigations disciplinary and termination procedures Completing timely reports on employment activity Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain pay plan and benefits program Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Education Bachelor s Preferred
