Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished academic leader to join our institution as Dean – Naturopathy . The Dean will provide strategic leadership to the Faculty/College of Naturopathy and Yoga Sciences, ensuring high standards in academic delivery, research, clinical training, and institutional development.

Qualifications & Experience:
• BNYS / MD (Naturopathy) / Ph.D. in Naturopathy or relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
• Min 10-15 years of teaching,



research, and academic administrative experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in curriculum development, research, and institutional management.
• Strong publication record and commitment to academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide academic and administrative leadership to the Naturopathy faculty.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching, research, and clinical training programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and research initiatives.
• Guide faculty development, student mentoring, and academic excellence.
• Strengthen industry, hospital, and research partnerships.
• Contribute to the university’s strategic growth and reputation in naturopathy education.
