Shardes Interiors is a growing interior design and contracting firm known for creative designs quality execution and client satisfaction We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Estimator and Admin to join our team Job Responsibilities Estimation Quotation Preparation Prepare cost estimates and quotations for interior consultancy and turnkey contracting projects Take quantities from drawings or site measurements and prepare BOQ Bill of Quantities Collect and compare vendor quotations for materials and finishes Coordinate with the design and project teams for pricing and technical details Maintain updated cost data for materials and labor Administrative Support Handle documentation follow-ups and coordination with clients vendors and internal departments Assist in preparing project-related reports and maintaining records Support the management in quotation tracking purchase coordination and billing Manage daily office operations Handle incoming calls emails and visitors professionally Maintain and organize company files records and documents physical and digital Prepare letters quotations and other correspondence as required Support the HR and Accounts departments in attendance leave and salary-related documentation Coordinate with vendors courier services and maintenance staff Schedule meetings prepare minutes and assist management in follow-ups Ensure all administrative policies and systems are followed properly Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimator or Admin Executive in the interior design contracting field Knowledge of interior materials finishes and joinery Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD and MS Office tools Good communication and coordination skills Accuracy time management and attention to detail Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or related field Education Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Interior Design Quantity Surveying or related field Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
