Job Title Planning QS Engineer Industry Real Estate Location Lonavala Salary 45 000 - 55 000 per month Experience 5 years Qualification B E Engineering Employment Type Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Planning QS Engineer to manage the scheduling planning and coordination of construction project activities The ideal candidate will ensure timely project execution adherence to budget and compliance with quality standards This role requires strong expertise in project planning quantity surveying cost control and construction documentation Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project Manage project resources including contractors supervisors and materials Monitor project progress identify potential delays and implement mitigation measures Support budgeting cost forecasting and resource allocation activities Ensure compliance with project standards regulations and quality requirements Facilitate effective communication among project teams stakeholders and contractors Prepare and present project status reports and performance updates to management Maintain accurate documentation of project schedules progress and plans Prepare detailed cost estimates covering materials labor equipment and other components Track and control project expenditures to prevent overspending Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality Prepare tender documentation including Bills of Quantities BOQ Prepare RA bills client bills and subcontractor vendor bills as per contractual terms Verify quantities based on drawings and site execution measurement sheets bar bending schedules etc Reconcile quantities with clients and subcontractors and manage deviation variation claims Identify and assess potential project risks including cost overruns delays and contractual issues Skills Required Proficiency in MS Project for project planning Mandatory Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel Mandatory experience in planning and scheduling at construction sites Quantity Surveying experience is an added advantage Strong communication and coordination skills Valuable understanding of construction contracts rate analysis and project budgeting Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Work Location In person
