- Assistant Manager Manager - Quick Response Team QRT Department Corporate Affairs Quick Response Team Location Reports To Senior Manager AVP - Corporate Affairs Position Level AM Manager Salary Range 8LPA Email poojachaugule aspect global 1 Role Overview The Assistant Manager Manager - Quick Response Team QRT will handle critical field operations and ensure rapid effective responses to urgent on-ground issues This role requires hands-on field exposure excellent coordination skills and strong ability to manage sensitive high-pressure situations The individual will act as a key representative of the Corporate Affairs team ensuring seamless resolution of escalations stakeholder engagement and compliance across project locations 2 Key Responsibilities On-Ground Operations Response Management Lead and manage urgent on-site matters incidents disputes and escalations at project locations Conduct extensive field visits to resolve issues involving authorities communities or project-related challenges Ensure timely action follow-up and closure of critical operational issues and grievances Monitor ground-level situations and provide real-time updates to senior leadership Stakeholder External Coordination Liaise with government departments municipal bodies revenue authorities police and regulatory agencies for swift issue resolution Build and maintain robust relationships with local leaders community groups and key stakeholders Coordinate with internal departments such as Legal Liaison Land Projects and Corporate Affairs to ensure accurate communication and quick outcomes Support management in meetings with government or community representatives Compliance Documentation Reporting Prepare detailed reports documentation and MIS for QRT cases field visits actions taken and closures Maintain consistent compliance with legal guidelines company policies and statutory requirements Document all incidents communications and resolutions for audit and regulatory review Track repetitive issues and recommend preventive actions or process changes Risk Crisis Handling Identify potential risks in ongoing on-ground situations and initiate preventive or corrective measures Handle crisis situations such as protests public grievances external interventions or disputes Serve as a critical contact during emergencies and urgent situations requiring senior management updates Team Support Process Enhancement Guide and mentor field executives involved in QRT operations Support development and improvement of QRT Standard Operating Procedures SOPs and response frameworks Contribute to strengthening the rapid-response ecosystem for higher efficiency and reduced turnaround time 3 Qualifications Experience Graduate Postgraduate in any discipline Preferred Public Administration Political Science Law or related fields Minimum 10 years of experience in government liaisoning field operations crisis management or working with statutory authorities Strong exposure to handling time-sensitive high-priority on-ground issues Proven experience dealing with local authorities government bodies and community stakeholders 4 Skills Competencies Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong networking abilities with government officials agencies and community representatives Ability to manage stressful situations and make quick logical decisions Solid understanding of local regulations statutory norms and government processes High problem-solving ability and expertise in conflict resolution Willingness to travel extensively including short-notice travel and extended hours as needed Strong documentation reporting and follow-up skills Job Type Full-time Pay 800 000 00 per year Work Location In person
