Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a US IT Recruiter for the night shift This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills a keen interest in the US IT staffing industry and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment You will be trained to source screen and recruit top IT talent for our clients in the United States Key Responsibilities Sourcing Screening Use various channels job portals LinkedIn referrals to identify and engage potential IT candidates Resume Evaluation Review resumes to match candidate skills with client job requirements Candidate Interviews Conduct initial phone video screenings to assess technical skills experience and cultural fit Coordination Schedule interviews between candidates and clients and manage follow-ups Database Management Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System ATS Client Interaction Assist senior recruiters in client communication and understanding job requirements Market Research Stay updated on US IT market trends in-demand skills and hiring practices Eligibility Criteria Education Bachelor s degree in any discipline Experience 0-1 year of experience in recruitment freshers encouraged to apply Skills Required Excellent English communication skills verbal and written Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies training provided Ability to work in night shifts US time zone Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office Preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter ATS etc Night Shift Details Shift Timings 6 30 PM to 3 30 AM IST or as per US time zones Work Mode On-site Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
