Job Title QA QC Engineer - Electrical Control Panel Industry Department Quality Assurance Quality Control Location Thane Ambernath Reporting To Quality Manager Plant Head Job Purpose To ensure that all Electrical control panels manufactured meet the required quality standards client specifications and statutory compliance Responsible for establishing and maintaining quality control procedures conducting inspections and managing documentation as per OEM standards including Siemens Vertiv Swegon and other premium clients Key Roles Responsibilities 1 Quality Assurance Compliance Develop implement and maintain QA QC procedures and inspection processes for electrical control panel manufacturing Ensure compliance with IEC IS UL ISO and client-specific standards such as Siemens and Vertiv guidelines Review design drawings BOM GA diagrams wiring diagrams and technical specifications 2 In-Process Final Inspection Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials electrical components sheet metal enclosures wiring harnesses and accessories Perform in-process checks at fabrication assembly wiring integration and testing stages Perform final inspection and FAT Factory Acceptance Test as per client checklists 3 Testing Validation Verify routine type testing and functional testing of MCC PCC APFC VFD panels PLC SCADA-based control panels and other LV panels Validate control logic interlocks protection schemes earthing and wiring continuity Monitor insulation resistance high-voltage tests and load tests 4 Documentation Reporting Prepare and maintain QA documentation such as Quality Plans FAT reports Inspection Test Plans ITP NCRs Calibration Records and Client Approval Sheets Maintain traceability for components and processes 5 Vendor Client Coordination Coordinate with suppliers for component quality issues and corrective actions Conduct client inspections manage audit queries and ensure closure of NCRs raised during audits Siemens Vertiv Swegon others clients Support installation and commissioning team for site quality issues when required Required Skills Qualifications Education Diploma B E B Tech in Electrical Mechanical Electronics Instrumentation Engineering Experience 2-8 years or specify in QA QC for LV Electrical control panel manufacturing Technical Skills Knowledge of electrical standards like IEC 61439 IS ISO UL CE Experience in FAT SAT PLC SCADA testing panel wiring inspections Familiar with components from Siemens ABB Schneider Phoenix Rittal etc Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematic diagrams Soft Skills Strong communication and documentation skills Problem-solving mindset analytical thinking Ability to manage client audits and supplier quality issues Key Competencies Attention to detail Process-driven approach Customer-focused mindset Team coordination leadership Interested candidates may share their updated resume via WhatsApp on 91 91529 73336 or Email on hrveracious gmail com Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
