Manager - Finance Accounts CFS Operations Location Tuticorin Department Accounts Finance Role Overview The Finance Accounts Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations for the CFS unit The role involves managing customer vendor accounts monitoring credit limits ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting audits The candidate will also prepare MIS KPI reports forecast revenue costs and support month-end and year-end closing activities Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Finance Act as the Management Accountant for the Business Unit Verify vendor bills including rates terms agreements POs receipts TDS GST and approvals Prepare and manage weekly cash flow statements and control expenditures Assist in preparing budgets P L statements and balance sheets as per Ind AS IFRS Ensure compliance with financial policies regulatory requirements and tax laws Conduct periodic customer vendor balance confirmations Prepare provisions accrual entries and participate in month-end closing Perform GL scrutiny reconciliation and MIS closing entries Monitor daily revenue in coordination with the operations team Support in preparing monthly MIS reports and statutory year-end accounts Finalize provisions accruals and perform P L and inter-branch reconciliations Support internal and external audits including preparation of audit schedules Handle inter-company transactions and closing balances Manage funds for daily operational requirements Maintain accuracy in financial records and ensure timely reporting Qualifications Competencies CA qualified with 4-10 years of post-qualification experience Solid knowledge of accounting finance taxation Ind AS IFRS Excellent communication skills written verbal Strong commercial and business acumen Deadline-driven with strong time management skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 050 81 - 58 245 17 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience CA with post-qualification 4 years Preferred CFS revenue 4 years Preferred License Certification Chartered Accountant Required Work Location In person
