Position Accounts Manager Location AKC-07 TTC Industrial Area MIDC Mahape Navi Mumbai - 400710 Company Target Innovations Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations ensure compliance and support strategic decision-making at our Mumbai office The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting functions coordinate audits and maintain accurate financial records aligned with company goals Key Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle accounting including accounts payable receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations - Prepare financial statements MIS reports and monthly closing reports - Ensure statutory compliance with GST TDS Income Tax and other regulatory requirements - Coordinate with auditors tax consultants and internal teams for timely filings and audits - Monitor cash flow budgeting and forecasting to support business planning - Implement internal controls and maintain documentation for financial processes - Support vendor payments client invoicing and inventory accounting - Collaborate with management on financial strategy and cost optimization Qualifications - Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce - Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles - Proficiency in Tally MS Excel and accounting software - Strong understanding of Indian taxation and compliance - Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills Preferred Traits - Integrity and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and lead a small team - Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
