Coordinate to get annual training plans from Department Heads Select appropriate training methods or activities e g simulations mentoring on-the-job training career development classes Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques Collect Training Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design Maintain updated curriculum database and training records Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment Contribute to the animation and facilitation of training workshops and sessions Identify and contribute in the selection of trainers and facilitators Develop and maintain a database of facilitators and trainers for the office Develop selection criteria for participation to trainings identify and select the participants of training sessions Collect and maintain training attendance rosters records and facilitator attendee training materials Use questionnaires and evaluation forms to track participants satisfaction levels with the training program trainings content and the trainers Ensure appropriate monitoring documentation and evaluation of the training activities and measure the impact of the training programmes Generate interpret analyse and communicate trainings results using training beneficiary tracking forms and other management tools graphs and reports as required Job Type Full-time Pay 16 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Work Location In person
