We are seeking a motivated and experienced Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our clients social media presence across various platforms The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences Key Responsibilities Develop implement and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and etc Create and curate high-quality content including text images and videos that aligns with the brand s voice and goals Monitor social media channels for trends and insights and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve engagement Engage with followers respond to comments and manage online communities to foster brand loyalty and positive sentiment Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce creative campaigns that drive traffic leads and conversions Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends tools and best practices to continuously improve performance Manage and oversee social media advertising campaigns including budget allocation targeting and performance tracking Prepare regular reports on social media activities performance and ROI to present to clients and management Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field Strong understanding of social media platforms tools and analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creativity and the ability to produce engaging content that drives results Experience with social media advertising and campaign management Proficiency in using social media management tools e g Hootsuite etc Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Solid organizational skills and attention to detail Experience Fresher to 1 year of experience in Social Media Optimization or a similar role Job Types Full-time Fresher Internship Pay 8 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Experience Social media marketing 1 year Preferred License Certification Digital marketing Preferred Work Location In person
