Job Title Senior Accountant - Travel Industry Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee and manage financial functions for our travel company The candidate must be proficient in accounting processes related to travel bookings vendor payments GST TDS compliance financial analysis and monthly reporting The role requires accuracy responsibility and the ability to independently manage accounting operations Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including sales invoices vendor bills refunds credit notes expense entries Maintain accurate financial records of domestic international bookings receivables payables Prepare monthly financial statements balance sheets ledger reports MIS summaries Handle GST TDS TCS filing compliance ensuring timely statutory submissions Perform regular vendor client reconciliation and bank reconciliation Oversee payroll processing reimbursements and monthly accounting closure Manage budgeting cash flow planning and expense control Coordinate with auditors for internal statutory audits along with documentation Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial documentation records and reporting Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce Finance B Com M Com preferred Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience travel industry preferred Proficiency in Tally Zoho QuickBooks or similar software Good knowledge of GST TDS TCS rules accounting standards reconciliation Strong Excel skills and analytical ability Excellent communication responsibility problem-solving capability Job Details Position Full time On-site Location Ahmedabad Position Full-Time On-site Reporting To Finance Manager Director Salary Range 15 000 - 25 000 per month Working Hours Monday to Saturday - 10 00 AM to 7 00 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 32 545 73 per month Work Location In person
