Liaison Officer Looking for a candidate for liaison officer Real Estate Back ground Preferred The Liasoning Officer will be responsible for managing all statutory approvals government liaison work and compliance activities related to real estate projects The role requires strong relationships with government authorities excellent negotiation skills and the ability to ensure timely approvals for smooth project execution Key Responsibilities Coordinate with government bodies such as CMDA DTCP TNHB Revenue Department Corporation PCB Fire Department Water Sewage Board etc Handle end-to-end approval processes for layout approvals building permits completion certificates NOCs and other mandatory clearances Maintain robust relationships with officials to ensure timely follow-up and processing of applications Prepare submit and track required documents for various approvals and regulatory compliance Ensure all project activities adhere to legal environmental and statutory norms Handle land-related documentation patta transfers EC chitta adangal and revenue records Monitor changes in government regulations or policies related to real estate and update management accordingly Liaise with legal teams for documentation agreements and compliance matters Coordinate with internal departments Projects Legal Sales Engineering for required documents and support Maintain reports MIS and periodic updates on approval status for management review Represent the organization during government inspections site visits and verification processes Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any discipline Law Civil background preferred but not mandatory Minimum 10 years of experience in liaison work preferably in the real estate industry Strong network with government officials and regulatory bodies Excellent communication negotiation and documentation skills In-depth knowledge of approval procedures land laws and real estate regulations Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple approval processes simultaneously Solid ethical conduct and confidentiality handling Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Experience Real estate law 3 years Required Work Location In person
