Job Title Foreman - Steel Location Dubai Industry Construction Structural Works We are looking for an experienced Steel Foreman to supervise and coordinate all structural steel fabrication and installation works on-site The ideal candidate will ensure that steel works are executed safely accurately and in compliance with project drawings and specifications Requirements 2-3 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory Robust technical knowledge of steel erection fabrication cutting welding bolting and alignment Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and shop drawings Proven experience supervising steel workers and fabricators Strong leadership planning and communication skills Knowledge of construction safety standards and lifting operations Ability to troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues efficiently Key Responsibilities Supervise steel teams in daily fabrication and installation activities Ensure structural steel elements are installed according to drawings and tolerances Coordinate with engineers riggers welders and subcontractors Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project timelines Inspect steel works for quality alignment and connection accuracy Manage materials tools and maintain proper inventory Enforce safety protocols especially during lifting and welding operations Report site issues and recommend corrective actions Employment Type Full-time Salary Add Salary or To be discussed during interview Start Date Immediate Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 72 853 00 - 109 280 00 per month
