About the Role We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires and play a key role in building a strong and talented workforce Key Responsibilities Handle full-cycle recruitment sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Draft and post job openings on various job portals and social media Source candidates using platforms like Indeed Naukri LinkedIn etc Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates suitability for roles Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Prepare offer letters and assist with joining formalities Support HR in other activities such as employee engagement and onboarding Requirements Bachelor s degree MBA in HR preferred Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive Good communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn search Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools Benefits Competitive salary and incentives Learning and growth opportunities opportunities Friendly and supportive work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 8 086 00 - 15 407 75 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
