Job Overview Rais Foundation is seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Officer to support and manage the technological needs of our school-based institution The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure ensuring smooth digital operations and providing technical support to staff and students This role requires strong problem-solving abilities up-to-date technical knowledge and a proactive approach to system improvement Educational Qualifications MCA Master of Computer Applications OR Degree in Artificial Intelligence AI OR Software Engineering Computer Engineering IT Engineering Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain all school IT systems networks and hardware Provide timely technical support to staff teachers and students Install configure and update software applications and security tools Troubleshoot system issues connectivity problems and device malfunctions Oversee data backup cybersecurity and safe digital practices within the school Manage school websites online portals smart-class equipment and digital classrooms Coordinate with vendors for IT assets repairs and AMC services Ensure proper functioning of biometric systems CCTV projectors and printers Support digital exams online classes and tech-based school operations Document IT processes inventory and maintenance logs Skills Competencies Required Strong knowledge of networking hardware and software systems Familiarity with school ERP systems LMS tools and cloud platforms preferred Good understanding of cybersecurity and data protection Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and independently Solid communication and teamwork skills Organized reliable and detail-oriented Work Details Days Monday to Saturday Type Full-Time Salary as per organization norms Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 20 806 92 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
