- Post-Training Resource Person PTRP Program RAMP - Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance Position Post-Training Resource Person Location GOA Engagement Part-Time Contractual 1 Role Overview The Post-Training Resource Person will provide on-ground support to trainees SHGs and micro-entrepreneurs after completion of Skill Development capacity building training The role focuses on handholding enterprise formation market linkages and enabling beneficiaries to convert their skills into sustainable income opportunities 2 Key Responsibilities Conduct regular field visits and follow-up meetings with trained beneficiaries Guide SHGs entrepreneurs on product development costing packaging and quality improvement Support in setting up micro-enterprises preparing straightforward business plans and accessing bank MFI loans Facilitate market linkages local markets exhibitions haats vendor connections and online platforms Provide information and assistance in applying for Government schemes PMEGP Mudra MSME schemes etc Collect post-training data track progress and submit weekly monthly reports Liaise with community leaders Panchayats SHG federations and relevant departments for convergence Motivate beneficiaries to improve productivity adopt best practices and scale up activities 3 Qualification Experience Graduate in any discipline Preferred Social Work Rural Development Management Craft Handicraft-related fields 1-3 years of relevant field experience in skill development SHG programs MSME support or community projects Knowledge of local markets enterprise development and SHG functioning preferred 4 Skills Required Strong communication and community engagement skills Field coordination ability with willingness for frequent visits Basic knowledge of micro-enterprise operations and market linkages Reporting skills and proficiency in basic MS Office Ability to mentor beneficiaries with patience and clarity 5 Remuneration As per RAMP project norms inclusive of travel field visit allowances where applicable Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
