We are seeking a Buying Assistant - Luxury Timepieces to join our growing team The ideal candidate has a solid passion for horology understands both the creative and commercial aspects of luxury retail and can balance market trends with business needs This role will play a key part in curating and managing our watch assortment ensuring we bring the finest timepieces to our clientele Key Responsibilities Source select and acquire luxury and mid-range watches Rolex Omega Patek Philippe Cartier etc Build and maintain relationships with clients suppliers domestic and international Negotiate pricing delivery terms and purchase agreements Monitor watch market trends resale values and customer demand Assist in assortment planning inventory management and pricing strategy Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless product flow Support with authentication checks and quality control of acquired pieces Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Retail Management Supply Chain or a related field Prior experience in buying sourcing or merchandising luxury retail watch industry preferred Strong knowledge of luxury watch brands movements and authentication basics Analytical skills for demand forecasting pricing and inventory management Proficiency in Excel Google Sheets ERP or inventory systems a plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills High integrity attention to detail and passion for luxury watches Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
