Job Title HR Generalist Industry Machineries Manufacturing Location Kalamasery Experience Required 3 Years Salary Up to 30 000 per month Gender Preference Female Language Good English communication required Work Mode Onsite Office Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist to manage the full HR cycle in our machineries manufacturing company The ideal candidate must have robust communication skills good knowledge of HR operations and the ability to handle day-to-day HR responsibilities independently Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process Prepare offer letters appointment letters and joining formalities Maintain employee records and HR documentation Handle attendance management leave records and payroll coordination Support onboarding and induction of new employees Assist in employee engagement activities and welfare programs Handle basic statutory compliance support PF ESI Gratuity Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues Coordinate training development activities Ensure smooth communication between management and staff Maintain discipline and company policies in the workplace Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in HR MBA HR preferred Minimum 3 years experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist Excellent communication in English written verbal Good knowledge of HR operations and documentation Ability to multitask and manage HR tasks independently Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel Experience in manufacturing machineries industry is an added advantage Additional Details Female candidates preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
