About Us At SMVV Edutech Advisory Pvt Ltd we are your trusted partners in achieving financial success We leverage our in-depth knowledge of the financial landscape to help individuals and families secure the best loan options and strategically utilize government schemes Our goal is to empower our clients to build a strong and sustainable financial foundation for their future Position Overview The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the overall accounting and financial operations of the organization This role involves overseeing daily accounts ensuring compliance with statutory requirements preparing financial reports and leading the accounts team to support informed business decisions Responsibilities Oversee and manage all day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger maintenance and bank reconciliations Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements MIS reports and management dashboards to support strategic decision-making Monitor and manage cash flow budgeting and financial forecasting to align with business goals Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements GST TDS Income Tax etc and coordinate with internal statutory and tax auditors Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls systems and accounting best practices Lead month-end and year-end financial closing processes with accuracy and efficiency Supervise mentor and guide the accounts team to enhance performance accuracy and timeliness of deliverables Collaborate with banks vendors and external stakeholders on financial matters and negotiations Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to drive efficiency accuracy and cost-effectiveness in financial operations Provide strong leadership and oversight to the accounts team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or a related field 4-6 years of experience in accounting or finance with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and taxation GST TDS Income Tax etc Hands-on experience with accounting software or tools Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Solid leadership and team management abilities High attention to detail accuracy and confidentiality Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Application Question s What is your current and expected CTC What is your notice period Work Location In person
