Job Title Center Head Only Females Location Woodnote Preschool Mysore Branch Roles and Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool ensuring smooth academic and administrative functioning Lead mentor and support teachers and staff to maintain high-quality early childhood education standards Ensure implementation of the curriculum in line with Montessori and early education best practices Manage admissions parent interactions and events to promote a positive school culture and growth Maintain safety hygiene and discipline standards within the school premises Coordinate with the management for planning reporting and achieving enrollment targets Conduct regular staff training sessions and performance evaluations Qualifications and Experience Graduate or Postgraduate with a certification in Montessori Early Childhood Education ECE Nursery Teacher Training NTT Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Center Head in a reputed preschool Solid leadership communication and organizational skills Passionate about early childhood education and child development Note Transportation will not be provided candidates are required to arrange their own commute Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
