We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer to join our design team This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in interior design and around 3 years of experience especially in creating detailed drawings layouts and design documentation The ideal candidate should be proficient in design software and have a good understanding of materials space planning and project documentation You will work closely with senior designers to support project development from concept through execution Key Responsibilities Assist senior designers in developing design concepts mood boards and layout plans Prepare detailed 2D drawings 3D models and presentations using software like AutoCAD SketchUp or Revit Develop technical drawings working plans and furniture details for production Prepare Bill of Quantities BOQs cost estimates and material specifications Help organize and update material libraries vendor catalogs and samples Support in sourcing materials finishes and fittings based on design requirements Coordinate internally with production and procurement teams to ensure accuracy in drawings and specs Conduct site measurements and create as-built drawings as needed Participate in site visits to monitor execution and ensure compliance with drawings Stay current with industry trends new materials and design innovations Qualifications Bachelor s or Diploma in Interior Design Architecture or a related field Around 2-3 years of relevant experience in interior design or architectural firms Proficient in AutoCAD SketchUp and ideally familiar with tools like Revit or Adobe Creative Suite Good understanding of interior materials construction details and space planning Ability to read interpret and create detailed technical drawings Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and timelines Key Skills Technical drawing and drafting BOQ and cost estimate preparation Space planning and layout design Basic project documentation and coordination Material research and specification Team collaboration and communication Compensation Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Growth Opportunities within the company Sustainable and ethical work setting Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
