Greetings from Remunance 1 No of Position 1 2 Experience 4 years 3 Designation Tableau Developer 4 Shift Timings 6 30pm - 3 30 am 5 Location Kalyani Nagar Pune Position Overview The Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders and will serve as a key point of contact in supporting the organization with fact-based information and strategies for decision-making The Business Intelligence Analyst supports business partners by utilizing knowledge of the company data structure and experience with BI tools to provide insightful reporting solutions using Tableau This role requires an individual with strong technical and analytical skills good communication skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who is detail-oriented enjoys problem-solving can work independently and understands the full BI reporting development process Primary Responsibilities Execute analysis and provide reporting and insights to identify areas of opportunity and trends to maximize functional and company performance Assist in the development understanding sourcing and synthesis of data sets to generate insights that lead to actionable recommendations Identify quantify and explore key trends in the data to surface general or category customer insights and work cross-functionally with sales and supply chain teams to recommend a course of action Utilize understanding of multiple data structures and sources to develop and implement business intelligence solutions which may include data visualization data transformation or data collection Design frameworks to measure performance against KPIs Create reports dashboards and visualizations to help stakeholders improve their performance Independently perform ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner connecting previously unrelated ideas and processes Work in SQL Python to curate data Required Skills Experience 4 years of related experience as a Data Analyst Business Analyst or similar role Supply Chain Industry Fastener industry Manufacturing or Distribution experience preferred Proven experience delivering robust results in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple projects with conflicting priorities Proven analytical skills strong understanding of data management data integrity and ability to apply analytical concepts to cross-functional operational needs Experience with Tableau to create impactful visualizations and interactive dashboards Experience using Oracle NetSuite Tools Group Jira and SQL BS degree in Information Science Data Analytics Business or Supply Chain preferred Experience in Weighted Average Cost accounting methodology
