We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in SAP Finance FI and Controlling CO modules with hands-on experience in configuration integration and business process optimization Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP FICO processes Configure and customize SAP FI modules GL AP AR Asset Accounting Bank Accounting Configure CO modules Cost Centers Profit Centers Internal Orders COPA Product Costing Collaborate with business users to design and implement process improvements Integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as MM SD PP and HR Perform unit testing integration testing and support UAT sessions Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms Workflows Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities Work closely with technical teams ABAP and other functional consultants Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting IT or related field 3 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant implementation support Strong knowledge of financial processes and controlling concepts Experience in SAP S 4HANA preferred Good understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Certification in SAP FICO is a plus Good to Have Experience in SAP Central Finance or Group Reporting Exposure to migration projects ECC to S 4HANA Knowledge of taxation GST and localization India or other regions Perks and Benefits Competitive salary and performance incentives Learning and development opportunities Flexible work arrangements Exposure to global SAP projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 800 000 00 - 1 300 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location Remote
