Full job description Job Title Telecaller fresher can apply Location Onsite at Jaipur Rajasthan India Key Responsibilities Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned Explaining the product features in detail Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade the right customer experience Roles and Responsibilities Engage with customers to educate them about the product and solve their queries Convert potential leads into customers by answering incoming calls dialing outbound leads on a rotating basis Should be able to work with a team and meet deadlines Must proficiently handle customers and identify their needs for service and support Use Dynamics Marketing to track customer interactions and data Utilize Salesforce Analytics to analyze sales data and report on goals and sales performance Required Qualifications Skills Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelor s Degree preferred Experience in telemarketing sales customer service or a related field Ability to learn about products and services and deliver the same to potential customers Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as MS Office Knowledge of Dynamics Marketing Salesforce Analytics and cold calling techniques Must be able to handle customers rejection and stress in conjunction with a rapid-paced work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 1 20 000 00 - 3 00 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Experience total work 1 year Preferred Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month
