Production Engineer Fabrication Experience 2 to 3 Years Location Talawade Pune Industry Manufacturing Fabrication Engineering About the Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Engineer Fabrication with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our manufacturing team The candidate will be responsible for overseeing fabrication processes ensuring production targets are met with quality and optimizing manufacturing operations Key Responsibilities Plan coordinate and supervise fabrication activities including cutting welding assembly and finishing operations Interpret and analyze technical drawings fabrication blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate production Monitor and control production workflow to meet deadlines and production targets Collaborate with design quality control and procurement teams to ensure seamless operations Implement process improvements to enhance productivity reduce waste and optimize resource utilization Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards ISO OSHA etc Monitor equipment performance and assist in scheduling maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation Train mentor and supervise shop floor staff and technicians Ensure adherence to company policies safety procedures and environmental regulations Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Production Engineering or related field 2 to 3 years of experience in fabrication production manufacturing or a related engineering role Strong knowledge of fabrication processes such as welding cutting bending and assembly Familiarity with CNC machines shop floor tools and manufacturing equipment Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and CAD software AutoCAD SolidWorks preferred Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Valuable analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Excellent communication and team management abilities Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures Preferred Experience with ERP MRP systems Certifications in welding safety or production management Hands-on experience in implementing 5S or Kaizen initiatives Job Type Full-time Experience Fabrication Engineer 2 years Required Work Location In person
