Job Title Center Head Company Indo Euro Synchronization Location Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh The Center Head will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the DDUGKY training center at Indo Euro Synchronization in Vijayawada This position is operational excellence and a results-driven mindset to ensure high-quality training delivery regulatory compliance and achievement of placement-linked outcomes as per the DDUGKY standards Key Responsibilities Center Management Operations Manage the day-to-day functioning of the DDUGKY training center Ensure infrastructure facilities and training equipment meet DDUGKY and internal standards Implement and monitor SOPs in line with DDUGKY and organizational requirements Training Academic Delivery Oversee mobilization counselling and enrolment of candidates from rural communities Supervise training and support staff to ensure quality delivery of training programs Monitor curriculum implementation in accordance with NSQF and Sector Skill Council SSC guidelines Compliance Documentation Maintain all statutory and project-related documentation attendance MIS assessments placement records etc Ensure strict adherence to DDUGKY quality parameters and government norms Coordinate internal and external audits and inspections Q-team SRLM MoRD Qualifications Experience Graduate Postgraduate in Management Social Work or related fields 3 years of experience in skill development training education sector experience in DDUGKY preferred Proven track record in center management team leadership Mobilization Counseling Coordinate with mobilization teams to meet batch targets Counsel students and parents before and during the training process Address grievances of students promptly Skills Required Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of DDUGKY guidelines SOPs and compliance requirements Ability to handle MIS reports and audit documentation Networking and employer engagement skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability To Apply send your CV to arc indoeurosync com or WhatsApp 91 (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Location Vijayawada Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh Preferred Work Location In person
