We re Hiring Centre Head - Kothrud Location Kothrud Pune Full-time On-site Experience 4-6 years in program leading About Lighthouse Communities Foundation Lighthouse Communities Foundation LCF is a purpose-driven non-profit organization working to empower underserved youth through holistic skilling career guidance and livelihood opportunities Our programs operate through a Public-Private Partnership PPP model creating lasting change across cities in India About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Centre Head to lead the implementation of the Lighthouse Program at our Kothrud location The role involves strategic planning team leadership operational management and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective program delivery and long-term impact This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who is passionate about youth empowerment confident in managing cross-functional teams and has robust experience in program implementation preferably in skilling or livelihoods Key Responsibilities Program Centre Management Oversee day-to-day implementation of the Lighthouse Program at the Kothrud Centre Ensure smooth functioning of operations culture administration and team coordination Maintain and manage monthly plans task lists timesheets and team targets Team Leadership Development Lead mentor and manage a team of 3-5 members Conduct quarterly performance reviews provide feedback and support career growth Drive a positive and inclusive centre culture with minimal attrition Identify skill gaps and coordinate training support with Cluster Head and HR Placement Livelihood Support Coordinate with the Placement Manager to line up daily interviews for students Conduct resume reviews mock interviews and industry expert sessions Map the local economy to identify relevant job opportunities Reporting Data Tech Adoption Ensure accurate data entry and reporting through the Youth Connect Portal Oversee deployment and adoption of Lighthouse s internal tech systems Submit monthly reports and dashboards with data accuracy Stakeholder Community Engagement Build strong relationships with local stakeholders including Corporators MLAs corporate partners NGOs volunteers and the community Represent the Lighthouse Centre in external meetings events and donor visits Ensure brand visibility and positive perception in the local ecosystem Additional Responsibilities Oversee asset management and ensure effective administration at the centre Support cross-functional team activities and collaborate on organizational initiatives Preferred Qualifications Skills Education Experience MSW or Postgraduate degree in any relevant field 4-7 years of experience in program implementation skilling livelihoods or youth development Prior experience managing a training or livelihood centre is preferred Skills Competencies Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent verbal and written communication in English Hindi and Marathi Confident in engaging with senior government donor and corporate officials Strong planning problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in MS Office Google Workspace and tools like Zoom Google Meet Target-driven self-motivated and results-oriented How to Apply If this sounds like the right opportunity for you we d love to hear from you Send your CV to careers lighthousecommunities org Subject line Centre Head - Kothrud Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Learn more about our work www lighthousecommunities org Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 47 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
