We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to fill the role of Dispatch and Warehouse Executive In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the effective dispatch of goods and ensuring timely and accurate delivery while also managing the warehouse operations including inventory and transfer control to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to outlets kitchen Responsibilities Manage warehouse operations including receiving storing and shipping products Ensure accurate inventory transfer control and coordinate with other teams to minimize inventory discrepancies accurate delivery Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers Creating generating reports using Management Information Systems MIS prepare present maintain reports on Warehouse Inventory Transfers Movement Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory orders and shipments Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high-quality performance Support inventory planning and forecasting efforts Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries and shipments Oversee dispatch operations including planning scheduling and routing of deliveries Develop and maintain reports to monitor inventory levels stock movements and other key inventory metrics Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other ERP tools Would be an Add on Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of inventory management and best practices Fluency in the local language Basic educational degree Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Ability to commute relocate Bengaluru Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Work Location In person
